Girlie Bato - Sketch

This is one of my OCs, Girlie Bato. As you can see , she's a superhero.

Girlie Bato is a Filipina superhero. She is just one of the some 13 000 (or so) registered Superior National Defenders in the Government of the Philippines' Bureau of Superheroes (BUSU), a government bureau under the Department of Justice. Despite the large size of the Bureau and its officials' special capabilities, it is ironically considered one of the most corrupt and inefficient agencies in the Philippine government; its members are often fiercely territorial, antagonize one another, participate in corrupt deals by snatching public-works contracts (some heroes could build roads and bridges in a day) or double-dipping in public service (BUSU members are prohibited from working in government service for their Civilian Employment Positions or CEPs), and are not above murdering journalists or the constituents of other provinces, regions, barangays or Local Government Units.

A/N: "Bato" is Tagalog for rock/stone, so her name in English is pretty much "Girlie Rock".

Age: 16
Abilities: Control over rocks, minerals, generally inorganic elements, and minor geological forces. Can form rock or crystalline armor, or transform into rock completely, in self-defense. Gains power over lava/magma and volcanic processes if fever-stricken.
Weaknesses: Acid dissolution, strong chemicals
Family/Group affiliate: Team Wu Xing (civilian: Lichauco family). (All superhero minors, i.e., below 18, are required to register with a family or other hero team.)
Origin story: Residual radiation from an X-ray checkup she took along with her siblings affected her bones, giving her the ability to attract crystal jewelry at a friend's debut. Her family all have superpowers, except for her mother, who compensates with an exceptional intellect … and an Iron Man-esque power suit.

Unlike the majority of Bureau heroes who are often corrupt, petty, vindictive or arrogant, Girlie Bato is a proactive and progressive-minded girl. She participates in several extracurricular activities as a civilian student, and is one of her high school's topnotchers (she is consistently in the Director's List, a GPA range of 1.50 - 1.00, 1 being highest). Sarah Lichauco hails from a Chinese Filipino family, all of whom are also involved in fighting crime (for real; they're among the more honest government superheroes). Her older sister, Maja con Hielo [link] is in her own right an accomplished superheroine with ice powers, and a responsible Ateneo student and competitive figure skater as a civilian. Girlie Bato also has a gay twin brother, Boy Buhangin, who can control more fluid forms of earth (e.g. sand, mud).

Example of heroic act: She has helped to avert several landslides, and even assisted in raising the flooded living grounds of some residents affected by Typhoon Sendong (Washi) last December 2011.

Unofficial use of powers: Landscaping her family's Japanese garden and swimming pool. (Yes, you read that right. The Lichaucos belong to the upper-middle class of Manila. Their eldest daughter, Maja, in fact studies at Ateneo.)

A/N: Her powers are similar to those of some superheroes in existing comics, and I hope that's not an issue, since many supers share similar powers. And, since the drawing's obviously a sketch, could you tell me if her bodily proportions are correct? Thanks!
